Samhain!

Today is my first Samhain!!  I plan on celebrating by having a nice dinner with my hubby.  I'm going to light some candles for my ancestors and perhaps write down some bad habits that I would like to get rid of.  I will burn these as I ask the God to take away these habits.  I will also write down some goals and burn these while asking the Goddess for help with these goals.  I am doing very small rituals for the Esbats and Sabbats my first year and slowly working up to casting circles and spelling.

We have a rainy day here in Indiana today, so I think most of the day I will spend crocheting on a baby blanket that I am working on.  While I have been trying to teach myself to crochet for a couple of years now, I feel like I am getting nowhere.  I have only finished two lapghans in that time...lol   So, I'm really trying to work on my crocheting and actually finish stuff.  I have a really hard time understanding patterns, so that's the part I really need to work on.

Welcome to my blog! I have to admit that I am a bit hesitate about starting it. I am worried that I won't blog enough or be interesting enough...lol So in warning, this blog will contain anything and everything that pops out of my head.
